Trading Terms

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Cheques may take up to 7 days to clear. Specifications, and prices, may vary from our advertised descriptions. The normal delivery ensures that you receive your goods within 4 to 7 business days (once orders have been processed). All new goods are sold with the appropriate manufacturers warranties. We honour all genuine warranty returns. Any agreed non-warranty returns would be subject to a returns charge. The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of all returned goods. All goods remain our property until fully paid for.

Terms of Use

Product prices offered on this site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different markets. The prices displayed on this site are in Canadian dollars, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, which will be added to your total invoice. You are responsible for paying any shipping and handling and local sales taxes that may apply to your order. Also, please note that some of the products displayed on this site, including any sale items, may or may not be available in our Harbour Chandler store or vice versa.

Correction of Errors

While our goal is to have a 100% error free site, we do not guarantee that any materials or other content is accurate or complete, including pricing information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order, before which you will be notified. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
