Order Processing & Delivery Times
• Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
• We ship using Canpar, Canada Post, Purolator, and DHL.

Hazardous Items
• Certain products—such as paint, flares, fire extinguishers, epoxies, compressed gas, and other regulated materials—may be subject to shipping restrictions.
• These items must ship via ground freight and are not eligible for free shipping.
• If a hazardous item cannot be shipped safely or cost-effectively, we will contact you to discuss options.

Truck Freight
• Oversized or overweight orders (e.g., dinghies, fridges, large appliances) require truck freight and incur additional freight charges.

Free Shipping Within Canada
• We offer free ground shipping on orders over $120 (pre-tax) within Canada.
• Exclusions: Oversized, special-order, or hazardous Orders, or items including but not limited to downriggers, line haulers, boats, motors, appliances, anchors, paint, and other regulated materials.
• Remote Areas Excluded From Free Shipping:
• Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador
• Kingcome Inlet,
Kitkatla
• P.O. Boxes
• Postal codes where the second digit is 0 (e.g., A0A, B0B)
If you live in one of these areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping costs.
We reserve the right to determine free shipping eligibility, including whether an address qualifies as a remote area, based on carrier availability, shipping cost, and delivery location.
Orders that contain a high proportion of clearance, closeout, or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds the free shipping threshold.
If free shipping is not available due to destination, item restrictions, or discount level, you may contact us to discus possible options.
We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as “rural” for flat-rate shipping based on carrier serviceability, delivery location, and shipping cost.
If an address falls outside our flat-rate rural zone, shipping will be charged at checkout or you may contact us before ordereing.

Flat Rate Shipping — Rural Vancouver Island
• A flat rate of $30 applies to orders shipped to rural parts of Vancouver Island and surrounding Gulf Islands.
• Oversized, special-order, or hazardous orders may not qualify for flat-rate shipping.

United States Orders
No Free Shipping to the USA
• Free shipping does not apply to any U.S. orders, regardless of order value.
Shipping Costs
• All U.S. orders ship from Nanaimo, BC, Canada.
• At checkout, shipping rates are calculated based on the carrier and destination. (Note: We are working toward fully integrated shipping + tariff calculation at checkout.)
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
• U.S. customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and potential tariffs charged by U.S. Customs.
• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

• All orders are shipped from our store in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.
• International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges.
• After your order is placed, we may contact you with a quote for any additional shipping costs required for international delivery.
• We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.
• International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
